This is a devastating charge if it's true -- and I absolutely believe it is because I know the reporter somewhat and he is a careful and serious fellow.

Did you catch Bret Baier’s special last night about Benghazi? 
If not, know this: the battle of Benghazi lasted a full 13 hours, and throughout it all, the President of the United States and the Secretary of State refused to allow U.S. Forces to deploy to rescue our people who were under attack.
As one former senior CIA official told me: we could have had aircraft overhead in 40 minutes, and troops (from Croatia) in 4 hours. But those orders to deploy were never given.
