How are our allies supposed to trust and our enemies to fear us if they can't even recognize our chief diplomat from day to day? The man today has a completely different brow, nose and jaw than he has had the entire rest of his life.

I'm not trying to take a cheap shot at his appearance or poke fun at his face lift and botox per se, and he is hardly the first career politician to be impossibly vain, but doesn't recourse to such things at his age suggest a certain instability of identity that ought to be disqualifying from the role he has? What are we to make of a 70-year-old man who is Michael Jacksonizing his face?
