Roe & the Living Constitution

You'll never again read me say anything nice about the Living Constitution, which is the antithesis of the actual constitution, but, Heh.

Ann Althouse discovers Justice Ginsberg thought -- way back in 1973-- that the Court's motivation for Roe v. Wade was population control.

Question: If fighting overpopulation was a plausible reason for Roe, then what about now, when we face a baby bust? Should the Court take that into consideration? I mean, in a Living Constitution sort of way?
