Can You Put Your Mom On Restriction?

Eldest Weed's been at the grandparents' all weekend, ostensibly to help the Paterfamilias set up his new Mac, but he does not appear to be being worked to death.

For starters, Grandma took him to see Avatar, a flick I would not have allowed him to see (and did she ask me? no. Bad Grandma, Bad!) Although: no harm done, apparently. I was expecting it to be Sex On A New Planet, but Steven Greydanus says it's okay on that score; even better: EW didn't like it all by himself.

EW: While I have to admit I did enjoy the technical aspects, by the end I was almost asleep.
