Because it's Sunday, it actually isn't the feast of Holy Innocents today, but the feast of the Holy Family. Splitting the difference, image-wise, here's the Holy Family fleeing the plight of the Holy Innocents. The Church wastes no time reminding us of the connection between the crib and the cross!
