Why Do They Hate Us?

If we're speaking about Britains, it's because they believe a lot of stuff and nonsense about us. I enjoyed this comment:

The majority of anti-Americanism in Western countries is due the fact that Americans seem totally ignorant of the politics, history and geography of other nations.

This in reaction to a page demonstrating the total ignorance of Europeans of the politics, history and geography of the US. Truce: we're all equally self-absorbed!
