I just went from grudging to enthusiastic about McCain. His veep choice is a bit risky, but bold, and I think it signals the campaign's going for the jugular on Obama and voting three times against protecting born-alive infants. Palin is a walking rebuke to him. Shrewd.
On another note, everyone noted this gracious ad McCain ran on Obama's big night.

Update: I'm fascinated that the "old dude" is running by far the more nimble campaign.
