I know he just misspoke and it doesn't mean anything. But it is funny that it's happened twice. The first instance is perhaps the weirdest.
I've now campaigned in 47 states, actively. And I think South Dakota is the last state that I have not had a campaign event in.Now that doesn't mean that I expect that I will win all 50 -- or 48 states and Alaska and Hawaii -- all 50 states.
I wouldn't expect someone who grew up in Hawaii to take so long to recall it's a state. Hawaiians usually have a bit of a complex about that.
