If McCain wins in November, he'll be eager to show he can "work" with a Democratic Congress. If Hill wins, she'll want to make a mark, fast. And, if it's Barack, ditto with bells on. A bipartisan consensus committed to change you can believe in.

Iraq, at least, will be a free and sovereign nation. On the other hand, if McCain's the nominee, perhaps the speed with which the MSM dumps him in favor of the Dem nominee will make him as eager to stick it them as he currently is to stick it to Conservatives.
