In Which I Reveal My Inner Fuddy-Duddy

Gov. Huckabee's appearance on the Colbert Report makes me laugh. Am I the only one who's also offended by it? I realize we're an infotainment culture and I don't too much mind that candidates announce their campaigns on talks shows --go where the voters are. But isn't it the Presidency itself that's being mocked here? Fine for a comedian, but a candidate? We're at war and there are many serious matters at stake.

Or am I just terminally unhip?
