I Feel A New State Agency Coming On

CA's civil unions law means jails must provide conjugal visits for homosexual inmates. Which is logical, but if this service is provided for homosexual partners, isn't that unfair to unmarried heterosexuals in loving relationships? I foresee the day when a person arrested for solicitation on the street has his "needs" provided by the state while serving his sentence. But let's under no circumstances question the logic of the conjugal visit. That would be ridiculous.
