Tenet's come in for quite a fisking this week. Hitchens. Buckley. Ledeen. Kristol. This is the closest I've found to a kind remark; and Kudlow is right about selective focus. I caught maybe 5 minutes of the 60 Minutes interview, and liked what I saw for 2.5 of 'em --really good stuff about treatment of detainees, e.g. --then he descended into the whining, and I opted to serve dinner at that point instead. And this story about what Tenet's book reveals about relations between a-Q & Saddam is interesting.
