Philistines & Other Public Servants

Mr. W. was one of the philistines walking by Joshua Bell at the metro station. He noted and appreciated the music, which carried from the platform where he got out of the train all the way up the escalator and out onto the street. But he was supposed to be at work on time, and he's an honest man.
