Okay, not really, but would that have been any more ridiculous than seeking the input of Sandra Day O'Connor and Vernon Jordan? Or even Ed Meese (whom I adore)? Where are the Arabic-speakers and military experts in this study group? How about commanders who've been in Iraq?

I haven't read the report yet --it's going to take me awhile to work up the stomach for it. You just know that goody-goody Sandra D. was doing all the work, pleading with Vern & Chuck to please get off the links and finish their parts so they wouldn't bring her grade down.
