A belated look at the NYT obit:
Gerry E. Studds, the first openly gay member of Congress and a demanding advocate for New England fishermen and for gay rights, died early Saturday at Boston University Medical Center, his husband said.
I thought the NY Supreme Court rejected homosexual marriage and the Court rulings may not be questioned? Apparently in this as in all things, the formerly grey lady is a bit ... selective.
