And where the heck has he been you may rightly ask? He's been "underwater" as he puts it, scrambling to meet a deadline for a portrait of Gen. Doolittle commissioned by the WWII Memorial Foundation. (Which, when delivered, was pronounced "fabulous" and the artist promised many more such commissions. So I hope you're happy to be seeing his work for free.)
