al-Zawahiri didn't show up for dinner in Pakistan the other night, but his son-in-law did, as did his right-hand man --the guy who trained Zaccarias Mousawi and Richard Reid. P.S. For you PETA members --this is the guy who ran the training camps that killed all those dogs so hooribly.
So. . .what will the NYT correction of its story that we bombed only innocent villagers look like? Probably a lot like its story conceding that Iraq tried to buy yellow-cake in Africa. Sigh.
UPDATE: Actually, their story is pretty straightforward, although they continue to give more weight to the "demonstrations" than I think they deserve. Not that Pakistani disapproval of the air-strike shouldn't be reported, but that it should be put into the context of the faked photo op some of those villagers gave the Times a few days ago. We're entitled to know when demonstrations reflect real feelings and when they are ginned up by our enemies for propaganda purposes.
