John Kerry's going to try to lead a filibuster against Alito.
John F. Kennedy had to convince Americans that the Pope wouldn't secretly be calling the shots of his presidency. When Kerry runs, shouldn't he be forced to make a similar pledge about the New York Times? Seriously.
