Curtsy to ninme for the last link in the previous post, but I knew I was going to plug her big time here. In a recent post, she reveals that apparently if it goes through the FISA court, the NSA has to wipe out the US-side of the conversation before turning the tape over to the FBI; she thus envisions this conversation.
