All over the blogosphere people are naming the best and worst of everything, making predictions and calling for tiresome trends to die. Here's a request of the latter variety, apropos of nothing other than a foolish ad I saw on television. Ladies: enough with the "skin-brighteners" and "light-reflecters" already. It's just glitter in the lotion and it's not fooling anyone.
