What The Arab Street Actually Said

Mark Steyn here makes a point I've been meaning to write about if I found the chance. In the run-up to the war, one salient argument against was fear of the reaction of the "Arab street." I'm not mocking that concern; we all shared it. But isn't it interesting that when the "street" did rise up it was against terrorism? And that the only truly volatile Arab street turns out to be in Paris?
