Hugh Hewitt found an article about MI5 interrupting an al-Qaeda scheme to blow-up a British jet as a way of saying "Happy Christmas" to all. Hewitt rightly juxtaposes that story with Congress' intention to allow the Patriot Act to fade into the sunset. Is this really the time?
