The Claremont Institute has two great blogs --but only one of them is easy to find for some reason. Henceforth, therefore, Local Liberty Blog will be on my blogroll (scroll down today for the news that Tom Wolfe is going to appear on the Simpsons: a theoretically good fit, although Bart and Homer have jumped the shark, I'm afraid). Meanwhile, the easily found Remedy has a tribute to Winston Churchill, whose birthday it is. See especially Leo Strauss' comments upon hearing of Churchill's death.
