The untold story of Roe is how many liberal and/or pro-abortion thinkers hate it. As came out again in the hearings, Justice Ginsberg isn't a fan. Liberal Constitution Scholar the late John Hart Ely wrote against it often. With the release of his new book Radicals in Robes, Cass Sunstein made news by criticizing Griswold and Roe quite severely (see this interview).
