Was out pontificating (that's what you call it when you deliver a lecture on the thought of the pope, right?) and got in my car just in time to hear "Gulf Opportunity Zone" and rejoice. There are some questions I might ask, but the speech is so lovely --just the right tone in every respect-- that I'd rather let it sit as a thing of beauty overnight.
