In the continuing annals of ridiculous reports from sexuality experts, read ninme on a report which claims abstinence has a "26% contraceptive failure rate." Yep, that's what it says. This is almost as good as when HHS issued a report in which "not promiscuous" was defined as having 7 lovers or fewer within a year. "Patterns of serial monogamy" was the serendipitous phrase.
