ConfirmThem says it's a done deal that Chief Rehnquist will retire this month, and makes a prediction about Bush's nominee to replace him. Elsewhere people are making other predictions. But who wants to bet that no matter who it is, he'll be considered extraordinary? Put another way, if the the Dems DON'T filibuster, that will be a good sign we've got another Souter on our hands.
