Bolton v. Villepin

An idle thought (but that's what blogs are for, right?) . Could Mssr. Chirac's choice of Villepin for Prime Minister be any more a thumb in the eye to W., Tony Blair and the "Non" voters? Has Sen. Voinovich shed any tears for his grandchildren over this? While the Senate dithers, RC2 has not noticed effort on the part of other UN nations to ingratiate themselves to us in their choice of personnel.
